Running tips – setting your running goals for the new year

Running objectives are something that can maintain you taking place those days when you’re not rather certain why you are going out the door. You shouldn't have running a 25:00 5K as an objective if you are presently running one in 45:00. You may wish to run a 5K each month – a 10K each quarter – a half-marathon every 6 months. By doing this you can virtually map your training routine for the year. This maintains me on course and assists me stay encouraged. And also, bear in mind, your running goals do not need to all be race/performance related. You may choose to run a race to elevate funds for your favored charity. No one else does.
